About YAN Building...

Yan Building is a family run business which was established in 1982.

In the early days, the firm mainly dealt with landscaping, mono-blocking and garden maintenance, but swiftly moved into the field of specialised building and property maintenance.

As the company developed we then moved into new builds, extensions and conservatories. We also began sub-contracting to some of the leading conservatory companies throughout Scotland as specialist base builders.

Yan Building is driven by a motivated management team, and now employs over 20 skilled tradesmen.

Over the past 5 years we have introduced some amazing young apprentices into our company. We believe our company’s growth is enhanced by the new skills being developed within our team, which is not only beneficial to the company, but to the building trade as a whole.
